June 2007

Salt and Pepper Private Food Design launches its new Christmas Party menus at three exclusive venues. These include, The London Penthouse, The Ambassadors Mansion and the brand new Altitude. Specially designed by Celebrity Chef Sophie Michell and presented in association with the Royal Butlers who work with The Amazing Venues and Life Locations event team.

July 2007

Salt and Pepper Private Food Design hosted Virgins Summer Party. The theme was a "British BBQ", and this was enjoyed by 70 of Virgins Media team despite the "Very British Weather".

Uniliver hosted a three day conference and Salt and Pepper designed bespoke menus for each day. Breakfast, Lunch and afternoon tea was served by The Royal Butlers to this international group.

August 2007

Salt and Pepper Private Food Design wins the contract to become the exclusive caterers at Altitude, in the MillBank Skyscraper, London SW1. Salt and Pepper Private Food Design will be providing catering to this brand new space which will play host to exclusive meetings, presentations, film Interviews and other private events. As a special launch offer all luncheons served in the month of August and September will be designed exclusively by our Celebrity Chef Sophie Michell and will include complimentary pre lunch Canapés.
