White Italy- Pinot Grigio, “La Lunghetta” Botter
This classic wine displays an elegant fruity bouquet. On the palate is dry, gentle, medium weight with pleasant intensity of citrus fruit and pear drop combined with a supple and refreshing finish.

France- Muscadet Serve et Maine Sur Lie, Domaine de la Chauviniere
An excellent example of this classic wine. On the palate it is bone dry, light with complex notes of citrus fruit combined with yeasty notes.

Chile- Chardonnay Caliterra, Central Valley
Fresh forward aromas evoke pineapple, papaya and fresh citrus with a well defined floral note. On the palate, lively acidity gives the wine vibrancy and freshness.

Red France- Ch.Du Plantier House Claret
Elegant notes of cassis and violet support this well balanced claret, which has a medium body and a pleasant soft finish.

Italy- Sangiovese Boira, Marche
Pleasant aromas of cherry fruit and violets on the nose. On the palate, the wine is easy drinking, harmonious and well balanced with a refreshing finish.

Chile- Santa Puerta Merlot, Maule Valley
A seductive Merlot packed with jammy fruit, ripe plums, dark chocolate and spice.

Rose France- Les Ormieres Syrah Rose Vin de Pays, Cotes du Gascogne
Bright and attractive salmon colour. On the nose the wine combines fresh crushed raspberries with ripe strawberries. The palate is dry with a pleasant creamy texture and a dry, refreshing finish.

Australia- Benchmark Rosé Bright salmon pink.
A dry rosé with good concentration of fruit and a very refreshing finish.

White South Africa- Lourensford Five Heirs Sauvignon Blanc
Intense and well defined notes of fresh cut grass, exotic herbs and asparagus. On the palate the wine is intense, racy and vibrant with an extra layer of tropical fruits.

Italy- Pinot Grigio Villa Brunesca, Piave
A top quality Pinot Grigio from an estate that has been making wine for many centuries. On the nose it shows intense notes of apples and pears, honey, floral notes and delicate spiciness. Dry, rich and full of character with a creamy texture & pronounced fruit.

Germany- Tesch Riesling Qba, Nahe
Dr Tesch is perceived by many as the rising star of Germany producing modern Riesling with amazing concentration and finesse. This wine is off – dry, rich with notes of acacia, honey and lime on the nose. On the palate it posses amazing concentration of fruit and minerality.

New Zealand- EC2 Chardonnay Hatton Estate, Hawkes Bay
The winemaking team opted for a hands off approach in order to better express this outstanding terroir and was rewarded with a multi-layered wine showing amazing complexity with notes of ripe yellow fruits, brioche and toasted nuts reminiscent of a top flight Burgundies.

France Loire-Sancerre Leredde Blanc, Michelle et Sylvan Leredde
This wine possesses all the elegance and finesse of a classic Sancerre. Dry, light and refreshing with wonderful gooseberry and floral aromas.

Red Australia- Shiraz, Grant Burge, Barossa Vines, Barossa Valley
Aromas are complex, yet refined and include blackberries, raspberries, pepper as well as a subtle hint of cedar oak. Despite its intensity and power the wine also displays restraint and elegance.

France- Pinot Noir Autrefois, Vin de Pays D’Oc
Dry, pleasant aromatic, light in body with restrained red cherry and strawberry character.

Spain- Vina Real Crianza
Full, morello cherry, ruby red, good intensity. Ripe autumn red and purple fruit and raspberries. Rich, deep and balanced. Well structured on the palate with plenty of fine, lingering rich fruit and a lively note of tannin.

New Zealand- Miro Merlot Hatton Estate, Hawkes Bay
An easy drinking, fruit forward Merlot showing notes of ripe plums, dark cherries and a hint of spice. The wine is harmonious and fruit character is well defined.

Italy- Chianti Castello di Querceto
A food friendly wine with intense black cherries and tar on the nose. Firm tannins and noticeable acidity which lend itself well to rich dishes.

 

Rose France- Chateaux Amphoux Rose
An outstanding rose from one of the oldest vineyards In Europe. Dry, intense raspberry and strawberry fruit underlined by refreshing acidity.

Spain- Vina Real Rosado
Attractive light raspberry pink in colour. Full of ripe summer fruit and berry aromas with some floral hints. A light and refreshing mouth feel followed by a good length and complex finish. Best if served at between 12º to 14ºC. Pairs well with salads, pasta, rice, chicken and salmon.

White Italy- Gavi Vignavecchia La Caplana, Piemonte
An excellent Gavi which comes from a small hilly vineyard. Aromas of ripe yellow fruits and elegant minerality. The palate is dry, refreshing with a creamy texture.

Austria- Gruner Veltliner Kamptaler Terrassen Brundlmayer
The bouquet displays complex aromas of citrus fruit, pears, floral notes and a hint of white pepper. On the palate the wine is dry, but gentle with pleasant texture and a long finish dominated by mineral nuances.

Australia- Ainsworth & Snelson Riesling
Flowery blossom aromas, the palate opens with generous lime and passion fruit then moves to a delicious lemony acidity on the finish.

France Loire- Pouilly Fume Fines Caillottes, Jean Paibot
Brilliant yellow in colour, full bodied with expressive and elegant citrus fruit characteristics. The palate is well balanced and has a pleasant long finish.

France Burgundy-Chablis 1er Cru 'Vaillons' Jean Marc Brocard 'Church Label'
This wine is made by the highly acclaimed winemaker Jean Marc Brocard and comes from one of the most sought after premier cru vineyards. The wine is firmly structured with concentrated citrus fruit, notes of brioche and fine mineral character.

Red Australia- Grant Burge Filsell Shiraz
Elegant, tightly focused Barossa Shiraz displaying amazing concentration of fruit. A multi dimensional wine with suggestions of violets, dark chocolate, spice and appealing savoury notes.

France Rhone- Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Domaine De Nalys
Medium to full bodied, powerful yet feminine wine with aromas of fig and blackberry, a velvety mouthfeel and a palate of stone fruits and a touch of oak.

Spain- Vina Real Gran Reserva
Ruby red colour with shades of cherry and deep intensity. Very elegant and deep on the nose with some outstanding hints of spices, cocoa, vanilla and cedar wood. This wine will evolve very well in the bottle for many years.

France Burgundy- Gevrey Chambertin Clos Prieur , R Leclerc
A mature and complex bouquet with meaty aromas in harmony with red fruit and spice. Silky texture, vigorous, with a long finish.

New Zealand- Tahi One Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot/Cabernet Franc, Hatton Estate, Malborough.
An award winner. On the nose the wine is dominated by intense black forest fruits and well-integrated French oak. The palate is complex and multilayered underpinned with refined tannins and a well defined long finish.

Rose Spain- Alma de Tobia Rosado, Bodegas Tobia
Very intense bright red raspberry colour. The aromas are complex and harmonious with prominent raspberry, strawberry and cherry notes on the palate.
